Ads for Revenue... :-)
This post contains details about some add-ons incorporated into this site and also a note about generating revenue through ads...
Many people must be knowing that Google is offering a programme called "Google Adsense" through which revenue can be generated for a website site through Ads. In order to boost up RCEG's revenue for this year, I've opted in for a Google Adsense account for the club.
The Ads can be seen on the Sidebar on the right side of the page (intentionally placed below the Archives section to maintain a calm and pleasant first-look on the blog). When you are done browsing this blog and still enthusiastic of doing something else, try fetching in some revenue for us by just clicking on those links. The referral ad that states "Generate revenue from your site with Google Adsense" can be used to explore the features of Adsense and incorporate them into your very own website, through which you get an opportunity to generate some revenue for yourself.
Note that it is only "optional" to click through the Google's Ads and ofcourse the privacy of members in the club is guarenteed anyway! ;-)

Vizhithiru...

(Oct - Nov 2005, Vol. 3)...
"For all those awake first years in the college there is quite a lot happening in Rotaract Club of CEG. A personality development workshop was conducted from 17th to 19th of October. The first event organised by the first years of Rotaract Club of CEG titled "Vizhithiru..." was conducted in sync with 20 corporation schools across the city on 21st October. This event was an eye-opener for the 9th and 10th standard students. The first year volunteers (guided by senior Rotaractors) addressed the school students on topic like 'How to prepare for Public exams?', 'Time Management', 'Career options', etc.

RCEG Online - Service Resumed
The RCEG Online Website and its services have been resumed. The redirector (www.rotaractceg.co.nr) is now reconfigured to point back to the RCEG Online Website.

RCEG Online - Downtime Recorded!
The RCEG Online Website (http://www.annauniv.edu/rotaractceg) hosted in the "Collinfo" Server, RCC is now facing a downtime due to a problem in the server. The issue has been notified to RCC and technicians are working on it. The services will be resumed very soon. I have reconfigured the redirector (www.rotaractceg.co.nr) to point to this Blog site, till the problem is rectified. Sorry for the inconvenience.
